Villa Lileo, Ushguli

The Villa Lileo is a family-run guesthouse in the village of Ushguli, nestled within the upper parts of the Svaneti Mountain range. A walk from the guesthouse and along the Enduri River to the Shkhara glacier on Mount Shkhara, the highest mountain in Georgia, is a must. Although not a luxurious choice, the guesthouse is a whole other experience as you are welcomed into the host family. The whole-hearted Georgian cuisine and cosy fireplace in the dining room adds to the warm and friendly atmosphere. Each of the simply decorated rooms have a wardrobe and a private bathroom, whilst some have views of the pretty Ushguli towers. Activities include games at the bar and fishing, as well as relaxing on the terrace.
