Montenegro is a super destination and one to be explored before it becomes more popular. The scenery in the National Parks is absolutely stunning, the wild flower meadows are spectacular, and the local people are exceptionally welcoming and generous in their hospitality. The mountain region is very reminiscent of the Swiss or Austrian alps, except there are no roads, no noise and few people. This is an excellent country for exploring on horseback and yet another must-do trip from Wild Frontiers.
