The castle is wonderful with really friendly and helpful staff. It still felt like Christmas despite having curry for lunch and it was a great New Years Eve party. I went armed with books, puzzles and a computer load of photos to sort out and somehow contrived not to find time to do any of that. How did it disappear so quickly? What a magical way to spend Christmas and New Year, with a great group of people with lots of shared laughter. Happy Christmas indeed!
