Christmas in Bhutan has to be the most magical ever. Just as we thought "wow" nothing can beat this, we turned a corner and it did. From the climb to the Tiger's Nest Monastry – which nearly killed me but was SO worth it, the serenity of the nunnery near Trashigang, the snow on Thumshing la pass where we hung prayer flags, to the sub tropics of Eastern Bhutan. Mostly though the wonderful, friendly Bhutanese people....
