If you had told me, now a less than agile 50 year old with only a couple of riding lessons under my belt before the age of 10, that on the first day I would be herding cattle and by the fifth playing polo, I would have laughed and advised you to lay off the delicious Malbec which appears to be on tap at La Rosita. There are, however, ample pictures to prove you would have been spot on. This trip was quite simply the best fun I have had on holiday in decades.
