The stark and wild beauty was beyond my imagination, so remote and inaccessible that it was all the more majestic when we reached the mountains – you felt like you could reach out and touch Mount Rakaposhi. The people were warm & kind and it was a privilege to sit and drink chai with families in the Kalash. I loved the regions grandeur and simplicity, and hope to return.
