Built in the 1940s, the Stone House hotel is a renovated colonial mansion that offers just the right balance of traditional and modern to ensure a characterful stay without compromising on comfort. The property is hidden within lush greenery around a five minute drive from Kandy city centre. There are only three luxury rooms and two suites, adding a sense of exclusivity, all individually decorated by local artists. The restaurant serves a variety of international and traditional Sri Lankan dishes which can be served either in the dining room or in the gardens, or you can enjoy the peace and quiet by the outdoor swimming pool. Spa treatments are available upon prior arrangement.
