Situated on the south shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, in Tamga village, this is a conveniently located guesthouse, only a 15-minute walk from the beach. Although the 21 guest rooms are not en-suite, they are comfortable and traditional with colourful mattresses on low wooden beds. What it lacks in luxury, it compensates with a mountain view terrace and pretty garden. There is also a dining room where local cuisine is provided by the owner, who used to be a trekking guide and can recommend some nice walks.
