Oman What To Do

Cruise the ‘Norway of the Arabia’ in Khasab

Enjoy a day cruising along the Musandam peninsular, on the southern side of the Straits of Hormuz, a 65km wide strip of water separating the Arabian land mass from Asia Minor. Explore the Musandam’s longest and most spectacular fjord, which is often referred to as ‘Norway of the Arabia’. Spend time exploring small fishing villages, as well as visiting the famous Telegraph Island. There will be ample opportunities to swim and snorkel in the clear waters of the Gulf and, if you are lucky, you may even catch sight of some of the dolphins that inhabit these waters.
