Situated in a small village a 15-minute drive from Borobudur town, Amata Borobudur Resort consists of just eight Javanese bungalows spread across quiet and tranquil gardens.Traditionally styled, the bungalows are spacious, decorated with authentic furniture and batik curtains. Rooms are comfortable, each featuring private verandas and en suite bathrooms. There is one restaurant at the property, serving an array of Indonesian dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For facilities, there is an outdoor pool, tranquil tropical gardens, a spa and an art shop. The resort offers rafting, cycling and local village excursions, as well as running twice-daily meditation sessions at a nearby temple.
