A highlight is a tour to Corcovado National Park or a night camping in the jungle. Seventeen spacious and luxurious bungalows nestled within the rainforest delight guests with wooden floors, bamboo-frame beds swathed in mosquito netting, private decks with a hammock and loungers, outdoor garden rain showers with solar-heated water, ceiling fans, organic toiletries, and twice-daily housekeeping.

From an elevated, hilltop position overlooking Drake Bay, La Paloma Lodge benefits from the breeze which cools the whole property. The lodge is set on a steep hill so guests must be able to walk uphill, a tractor is used for transporting guests and luggage on arrival and departure.
