Hannah

Hannah has always enjoyed visiting foreign countries from an early age through different family holidays, but really caught the travel bug after spending 6 months backpacking around the world. She started in Southeast Asia and then moved onto camping in the outback and hiking up volcanoes in Indonesia and New Zealand. Before island hopping in the beautiful Fijian islands andthen making her way across the U.S.

This sparked her interest in working within the travel industry where her wanderlust continued to new destinations in the Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Africa and South America. Being an avid photographer, she is always looking for new places to find those picture perfect shots.

Interview

Q: Favourite city:

A: Rome - I love how the old traditional buildings and monuments stand amongst the more modern architecture. Around every corner there's something to surprise you.

Q: Favourite country:

A: New Zealand - the mountainous scenery is stunning and the abundance of marine life is incredible. I was lucky enough to see a blue whale coming to visit one morning whilst on a wild dolphin watching trip – a rare sighting!

Q: Favourite meal:

A: Tasting the freshly caught seafood whilst sailing on a traditional junk boat around Halong Bay in Vietnam. One of the ugliest looking fish I've seen but also one of the tastiest.

Q: Most memorable journey:

A: There are so many! My most recent would be travelling in style on the luxurious Hiram Bingham train from The Sacred Valley in Peru to then make our way up the long steep zig-zag road by bus to the entrance of Macchu Pichu. The view going up was just as beautiful as the top and what a breathtaking sight it was to see it in all its glory.

Q: Favourite travel advice:

A: Be open minded to try a few things you wouldn’t normally want to do. This makes for a more memorable trip and you might even surprise yourself!

Q: Next on must-see list:

A: Norway and Iceland.
