Tibet is a land of mystical mountains, monasteries and monks where the people smile at you when passing and say 'Tashi delek' a general greeting whilst turning their prayer wheels and counting their mantras on their prayer beads. It is a land of high passes and prayer flags where the views of Mount Everest are breathtaking and it is a land where it feels that time has stood still.
