This was a wonderful recce trip exploring just a little of the fantastic physical as well as cultural diversity of Ethiopia - from the utterly inhospitable other-worldly nature of the sulphur pools of Dallol, to the serene pastoral, almost biblical landscape of the Tigrayan highlands. A fantastic fortnight of exploration and discovery. Brilliant!
