For me the highlight had to be the Taj Mahal, but Amer fort was a close second. Just about everything on this tour was special in its own way.

Jude was everything that could be hoped for in a tour leader. She was helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a good companion. The accommodation ranged from high class to quirky. We both felt that the hotels had been chosen with care and after good research. Even the quirky ones were interesting and adequate. The food could not be faulted. Every meal was excellent but we may leave it a week or two before we go out for a curry!

We were also pleased to see that our tour did not use elephants to get to Amer fort, with less enlightened organisations we could have just taken an elephant without thinking about the consequences.
