Thank you for a remarkable experience. My senses and comfort zone were challenged, but any apprehension was dispelled by the kindness, humour and friendliness of the people. They really do want to welcome more visitors. Our brief adventure into their culture was humbling. Mass foreign tourism doesn’t exist yet, but domestic tourism is popular, so go now before it changes. Manic cities, markets and roads are contrasted by the tranquility and magic of the Chittagong Hill Tracts and the Sunderbans. The “hidden charm” that everybody wanted to see unexpectedly revealed itself on the shore. Yes ! the rare and elusive Sunderban Tiger. A euphoric experience for everyone, and one I will never forget.
