We spent a magical two and a half weeks touring Rajasthan with Wild Frontiers this Winter. We slummed it in former Maharajahs' palaces, slept in tents on a nature reserve, admired carvings on ancient Hindu temples, rode an elephant to visit a Moghul emperor's fortress and watched villagers making handicrafts.
