Mayur was without doubt the best Tour leader I have encountered on almost twenty of this type of tour. He was always helpful and cheerful and extremely knowledgeable. The tour was organised to perfection: even when problems arose such as blocked roads, he had sorted them out before even mentioning them to us. For me, the major highlights were The Houseboat on Dal Lake and Amritsar, and the visit to the Tibetan school/home was fascinating.
