What a completely magical three weeks! It really was the most amazing adventure and an incredible journey packed full of so many fascinating and new experiences. The contrasts between a glorious ride in the mountains at Son Kul, staying in the cosy yurts (despite the odd middle of the night donkey derby, howling dogs and flapping tents!), vodka toasts, lovely bazaars, border crossings, bumpy rods and the breathtakingly stunning Islamic architecture in Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva were awesome and are unforgettable memories. Our group was great - lots of fun and laughs. Having been on a couple of trips before with larger groups I thought that eight was a perfect number. I have been on a complete high since I got back - long may it last! The big question is which WILD FRONTIERS trip to do next!
