We stumbled upon the Wild Frontiers website while trying to sort out a 3 week trip to SE Asia at short notice. We had no real feel for whether it was a good idea or not (we hadn't had recommendations) but once we engaged with Nathan by phone it rapidly became apparent that there was a genuine desire on the company's part to provide a genuine service where the travelling customer is at its heart. We were supported throughout the process of tailoring our tour until we agreed upon the final itinerary (which we were extremely pleased with when we followed it on the ground). The behind the scenes planning was excellent and carefully thought through, meaning that all the joining up of different elements of the trip were entirely seamless. When a completely unexpected issue arose in the middle of Vietnam, Nathan was quick to handle it and resolve it much to our relief. We would thoroughly recommend them and the team (and Nathan in particular).
