Trekking in Kyrgyzstan has been the most exhilarating adventure I have done for many years. It will be very difficult to beat the incredible scenery, sun, horses, food, company, mountains, vodka, roaring rivers and laughter again. It's very hard to come back down to earth after a trip like this. Fantastic.
