The tour leader was first class, perfect in every way. He helped to make the trip memorable and his knowledge of Ethiopian history, politics and customs enhanced our enjoyment. The highlights? Having dinner with an Ethiopian family in Lalibella and trekking in the beautiful Simien Mountains - the quality of the food produced in difficult circumstances while camping in the mountains was particularly impressive.
