This was a fantastic itinerary with the focus on the boat trip up the Chindwin River and our hike to the Elephant Bill camp. Along the way we were able to experience busy river life and visits to tribal villages - some of which had never had foreign visitors. We also saw many wonderful pagodas, so all in all a very good balance of activities.
