This is a very unusual trip and each of the countries are so different from each other. Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan as former soviet republics were just so different in their approach to dealing with oil/gas wealth, and Iran, well, it's not at all what the Western press make it out to be, its a brilliant experience made better by the friendliness of the people.
