The small town of San Pedro de Atacama takes you back in time, with its beautiful, whitewashed adobe buildings and the still active Lascar Volcano on the horizon. From here the Valle de la Luna, Tatio Geysers and Los Flamencos National Reserve are easily accessible. The skies remain clear throughout the day and offer a plethora of stars at night, hence why the scientifically significant Alma Observatory is placed here, which makes for an fun way to spend the evening.

Visit Salar de Atacama & Toconao
