DAY 1: ARRIVE SIEM REAP

DAY 1: ARRIVE SIEM REAP
On arrival into Siem Reap you will be greeted by your Wild Frontiers representative and transferred directly to your hotel for check in.
DAY 2: SIEM REAP: QUAD BIKES, BLESSINGS & ACROBATS

DAY 2: SIEM REAP: QUAD BIKES, BLESSINGS & ACROBATS
This morning is free to enjoy the hotel and acclimatise. Later this afternoon you will be taken on a quad bike adventure through the back roads of Siem Reap. Enjoy strikingly beautiful views of the rice fields and villages as the clear blue sky turns yellow and gold. From here your guide will then take you to an active temple, where you will experience the ceremony “Srouch Tec”, which roughly translates into “pour water”, as a monk washes away your sins and bad luck as he chants in ancient Pali. This evening you will be treated to a unique acrobatic and artistic performance by the Cambodian 'Phare Ponleu Selpak' Circus. Literally translated as ''the brightness of the arts'', this Artistic and Social Centre has been running as a non-profit association since 1994, and was founded by a group of young ex-refugees from Battambang Province.
DAY 3: SIEM REAP: TEMPLE HIGHLIGHTS & SOCIAL ENTERPRISES

DAY 3: SIEM REAP: TEMPLE HIGHLIGHTS & SOCIAL ENTERPRISES
Wake up early and head to Angkor Wat for sunrise and a morning tour of the temple before the crowds arrive, before continuing to Angkor Thom, including the fascinating Bayon temple with its many magnificent faces smiling out. After some rest during the hottest part of the day, jump on your bicycles and get an insider's look into the network of social enterprises and non-profits in Siem Reap who are slowly but surely bringing new light and new skills into the bustling and ever-expanding tourist town. With three core stops along the scenic route you'll have the chance to learn, get hands-on and pick up a few take home gifts along the tour, all whilst knowing in your own way you are giving back to the community as a responsible traveller.
DAY 4: SIEM REAP: SCHOLARSHIP STUDENT & VILLAGE WALKS

DAY 4: SIEM REAP: SCHOLARSHIP STUDENT & VILLAGE WALKS
This morning you will meet with one of our incredibly passionate and motivated JWOC Scholarship students who attends University in Siem Reap. Understand how they manage their classes, work and scholarship commitments. This is an excellent opportunity to get an insider perspective into the Cambodian education system.
Later this afternoon you can enjoy a short stroll through a beautiful local village, finishing with sunset drinks at the beautiful and unique Village House. Relax and enjoy your very own private dining experience, surrounded by nothing but rice paddies and accompanied by traditional music.
DAY 5: SIEM REAP: TONLE SAP LAKE KAYAKING

DAY 5: SIEM REAP: TONLE SAP LAKE KAYAKING
Today you will learn more about life on the mighty Tonle Sap Lake, as you board your boat from Mechrey stilted village and set off on your watery adventure. Cruise past floating shops, houses, as well as the local primary school, before meeting with a local family and setting off by kayak to paddle through this fascinating area. End your adventure at the home of the village chief where you can enjoy a packed lunch and learn more about life on the water, before returning to Siem Reap.
DAY 6: SIEM REAP - PHNOM PENH

You will catch a flight to Phnom Penh this morning. Enjoy an afternoon at leisure to relax.
DAY 7: PHNOM PENH: BEAR CARE

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Centre, located just outside Phnom Penh, for your Bear Care Tour. This is a fun and fascinating behind-the-scenes tour at the world's biggest Sun bear sanctuary! Find out what it takes to care for over 130 rescued Sun bears and Moon bears at this unique rescue centre, as you help the team with their daily routine to support these beautiful animals.
DAY 8: PHNOM PENH - KOH KONG

This morning you set off to Koh Kong, home to lush forested jungle and thundering waterfalls. As you arrive on the banks of the Tatai River at the foot of the Cardamom Mountains, you will then journey down river until you reach the beautiful 4 Rivers Floating Lodge.
DAY 9: KOH KONG

Set off early this morning and enjoy the sights and sounds of the jungle as you venture out into your natural surroundings, exploring by kayak and on foot, experiencing the beauty and remoteness of one of the world's largest rainforests. After a free day relaxing at the lodge or doing some more exploring, you will be taken on an exclusive sunset cruise up the Tatai River, enjoying the cool evening breeze with a refreshing sundowner as you glide along the jungle waters, feeling a million miles away from everywhere.
DAY 10: KOH KONG

Enjoy another day at leisure, exploring the surrounding area or relaxing on the river.
DAY 11: KOH KONG - KEP

Catching the boat back upriver, you will be met by your driver who will transfer you on to Kep,
A wonderfully peaceful spot on the coast where the Royal family and dignitaries of the 60s would spend their holidays.
DAY 12: KEP

DAY 12: KEP
Board your private fisherman’s boat today and discover the rustic shores and sandy beaches of Koh Tonsay (Rabbit Island) which is just 4.5km off the South coast of Cambodia. A truly relaxing and seemingly remote destination, the island is blissfully undeveloped and is the perfect place to enjoy snorkeling in the shallow waters, read a book in the shade, or simply relax and soak up the sun while your Knai Bang Chatt guide and private chef prepare a personal BBQ lunch of fresh seafood which will be served on the beach. Spend as much time here as you like before returning to the mainland.
DAY 13: KEP - PHNOM PENH - DEPART

Say goodbye to your secret paradise as you drive back to Phnom Penh in time for your onward flight.
SUGGESTED ACCOMMODATION
Pavilion Hotel
The Pavilion is a simple 10 room guesthouse centrally located near to Phnom Penh Royal Palace, offering great views of the Botum Royal Pagoda. Allegedly built by the Queen Kossamak in order to live closer to the Royal Pagoda so she could go there to pray anytime, this 1920s colonial villa combines French colonial and Khmer styles in an unusual way. Large lavish gardens and a swimming pool complement the 10 simple yet stylish rooms, most with their own garden or terrace. There is also a restaurant and bar in the garden.
