Our rating: Premium | Property style: Hotel

Set in the old city, the Tiflis Palace is a wonderful intimate hotel, perfect for exploring the city. Large decadent chandeliers and marble stairs greet you as you enter the lobby and the hotel carries a chic designer theme throughout. The 43 rooms are decorated in a stylish, contemporary design with calm, neutral colours, all affording views of the riverside, sulphur baths, Median Square or Narikala Fortress. Expected four-star comforts are included, such as orthopaedic mattresses. The hotel reflects the old Tiflis architecture of its surroundings and the central location of the hotel allows easy access to Tbilisi’s attractions and many restaurants and cafes. For those not wanting to venture out to dine, the hotel’s rooftop Restaurant Tiflis Veranda offers local and international dishes accompanied by mesmerising views and live music.
