The island hotel of BenBen by Dhara enjoys calming views and a fresh breeze from any of the hotel and room terraces, with the city of Aswan simmering in the distance. Within the rooms, high ceilings, natural décor and plenty of light add to the airy feel of the property, and if that wasn’t enough to get you in the meditative mood, there is also the option of yoga upon the BenBen’s Rock overlooking the river or a choice of massage and health treatments. The whitewashed, open-air YAM Restaurant serves local cuisine, and the Philae Bar & Terrace is great for a refreshing afternoon beverage.
